Listfable ("we", "us") provides AI-powered tools that help Etsy sellers turn a product idea or supplier URL into a listing draft — including SEO title, description, tags, category suggestions, and a set of product images. This policy describes what data we collect, why we collect it, and who it is shared with.
1. Data we collect
- Account data. Email address and authentication metadata when you sign in (via email/password or Google). Managed through our authentication provider.
- Listing content. Product briefs, generated titles, descriptions, tags, categories, audit results, and export history that you create in the app.
- Uploaded and imported media. Reference images you upload, and images fetched from any supplier URL you paste into the brief importer.
- Generated media. Images produced for your listings, stored so you can re-download or edit them.
- Operational logs. Basic request logs (timestamps, error codes) used to debug failures. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
2. How we use your data
- To run the workflow you started (generate content, produce images, score audits).
- To keep your listings available to you across sessions and devices.
- To diagnose errors and improve reliability of the service.
- To contact you about account or service issues at the email you signed up with.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your product briefs, generated content, or uploaded images to train third-party foundation models.
3. Third parties we share data with
Listfable only shares the minimum data required for these processors to perform their function:
- Supabase (hosting & database). Stores your account, listings, and uploaded/generated images.
- OpenAI. Text prompts, product briefs, and reference/generated images are sent to OpenAI models (GPT-5.5 for analysis and generation, gpt-image-2 for image creation and edits) to fulfill your requests.
- Firecrawl. When you use the "Import from URL" feature, the URL is sent to Firecrawl to fetch and render the supplier page.
- Etsy (planned). Where you explicitly connect your Etsy shop in a future release, Listfable will exchange OAuth tokens with Etsy and read/write only the scopes you approve. No data is shared with Etsy today.
4. Etsy shop data
Listfable currently does not connect to Etsy or read your shop. When Etsy API access is added, we will only access the shop of the seller who authorized the connection, will request the narrowest scopes needed, and will never publish a listing without a confirmation step in the app. Etsy tokens will be stored encrypted and can be revoked at any time from your Settings page or from your Etsy account.
5. Retention & deletion
Listings, generated content, and uploaded images are retained until you delete the listing or your account. You can request full account deletion at any time by emailing support@listfable.com; we will delete your account, listings, and stored media within 30 days of a verified request.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Contact support@listfable.com to exercise any of these rights.
7. Security
Data is transmitted over TLS and stored in managed infrastructure with access limited to the accounts required to operate the service. No online service can guarantee absolute security; report any suspected vulnerability to support@listfable.com.
8. Changes
We will update this page when practices change and update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will also be surfaced in-app.
