These Terms govern your use of Listfable (the "Service"), an AI-powered workflow that helps Etsy sellers draft listings — titles, descriptions, tags, categories, and images — and export them for upload to Etsy. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to sell on Etsy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property, is deceptive, or violates Etsy's Seller Policy.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or overload the Service, and do not use it to abuse the underlying AI or Etsy APIs.
- Do not upload references or briefs you do not have the right to use.
- You are responsible for reviewing every generated title, description, tag, and image before publishing to Etsy.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the briefs and reference images you upload. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the terms of the underlying AI providers (currently OpenAI), you also own the generated text and images produced for your listings. You grant Listfable a limited license to store and process this content solely to operate the Service for you.
4. Etsy integration
The Service is an independent tool for Etsy sellers. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy, Inc. Where a future release exchanges OAuth tokens with the Etsy API on your behalf, you authorize Listfable to act on your Etsy shop only within the scopes you approve, and only when you explicitly confirm each publish action in the app. You remain responsible for compliance with Etsy's Terms of Use and Seller Policy for anything you publish.
5. AI-generated output
Listing content and images are produced by AI models and may contain inaccuracies. You are the publisher of any listing you upload to Etsy and must review the output for accuracy, safety, IP compliance, and marketplace policy compliance before use.
6. Fees
Access to the Service may be free during evaluation or subject to a paid plan. Any pricing, trial length, and billing terms will be disclosed in-app before you incur a charge.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by emailing support@listfable.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that put the Service, our providers, or other users at risk.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will meet your requirements.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listfable and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of USD 50 or the amount you paid to Listfable in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, surfaced in-app.

"Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. Listfable is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
